    <content type="text/plain">Group filter allows dynamic filtering of one section, however when there are many options it is quite difficult to scroll and select.&#13;
&#13;
Firstly, could we use a key index sequencing (same as the list functionality) within the grouping, then users can find options a bit easier as we can go alphabetical rather than always by No.&#13;
&#13;
Second ask is if we can search through this filter which is a less useful one. I've said to the customer if they needed to search as the options were so many, they may as well search within the full list. But if this search could work on both the list and within the filter, then it would be a great benefit. &#13;
Example: I search for London on the list, this searches and displays all records with London as usual, but also searches through the grouping. I can then either click on the record I want or click on the grouping result to specify it even further.</content>

Being able to set placeholders in here means easier integration with: Power BI, Salesforce/CRM systems, Social Media forms.&#13;

For example, I have a form request that creates an SF ticket where a Web User inputs details on the Portal. If I could set a placeholder, then I could pre-populate the Web User name, Customer Name and more instead of them having a blank form to populate when they are logged into the portal.</content>

Otherwise, your comment may deactivate automatic order processing."&#13;

Either within the creation wizard, or after within BC could we allow a "Name" or "Description" to be set? This would mean users do not have to check the imagery and config used to work out which site it is. This is extremely useful for environments that have more than 1 portal, to distinguish between the two.</content>

Use case: DPS web users will select a date out of this calendar during an order process e.g.. Based on the entries it should be possible for the web user to select a date or not. &#13;

To add a event in the calendar the following way could be useful:&#13;
•	A source code based function. &#13;
•	A manual function in a calendar view in BC &#13;
•	An Import function of a file e.g. for public holiday or closing times.&#13;

Additionally, from BC side, it can be controlled if a certain day or holidays are available or not. In the case of public holidays or closing times, the BC user would simply set a date, e.g. Christmas, and the switch to non-selectable. (manual way) Then the customers sees 24.12. but cannot select it in the order process.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">At the moment a Microsoft Business Central user needs Azure GlobalAdmin permission to change logos, background images etc. in DPS. The reason is that the image configuration is located at the portal setup. Out of a IT department not all user receive Azure GlobalAdmin permissions out of security reasons. To update a portal or creation is ok, but for the exchange of an picture is not needed or can be improved.&#13;
&#13;
Maybe provide a separate area were these information can be changed without this high permission level.  Moreover, please check if the portal creation can be performed with limited permissions. There are a lot of roles in Azure, maybe one of these fit as well.</content>

For this purpose, tables are to be created in DPS that can map the following relevant functions of a ticket system. In addition, the appropriate web control for creating and displaying tickets is to be developed.&#13;

Expected functions:&#13;
- Web users can create new tickets.&#13;
- Web users can see already created tickets and get information about when the ticket was created and when the last editing took place.&#13;
- Internal users can reply to a ticket.&#13;
- Internal users will receive an e-mail notification when a new ticket has been created.&#13;
- Internal users have an overview of the current tickets in the role center.&#13;
- Tickets have the following statuses: New, In process, Waiting for, Completed, Archived.&#13;
- Completed tickets should be archived automatically after a certain time that can be defined.</content>
