Currently, a customer only receives a standard email when they have created an enquiry. This contains a number from the number series, but has no reference to the information provided. It should therefore be possible to use at least a few of the entered values or at least the form title in the email. Otherwise, if there are several enquiries, the customer cannot assign them to any process.
