GlobalAdmin permission to change logos, background images etc. is needed - but not all user have it

At the moment a Microsoft Business Central user needs Azure GlobalAdmin permission to change logos, background images etc. in DPS. The reason is that the image configuration is located at the portal setup. Out of a IT department not all user receive Azure GlobalAdmin permissions out of security reasons. To update a portal or creation is ok, but for the exchange of an picture is not needed or can be improved.

Maybe provide a separate area were these information can be changed without this high permission level. Moreover, please check if the portal creation can be performed with limited permissions. There are a lot of roles in Azure, maybe one of these fit as well.
